CCmagnetics is an online e-commerce brand specializing in the design, production, and sale of magnetic components. Our headquarters are in Beijing, China, and our factory is in Tianjin, China.
We are a legitimate, registered business with the Beijing Administration for Market Regulation. Our parent company is Beijing Magnet Business Center.

After you select a product or submit your drawings, our team will provide a quote. Once you accept the quote or confirm your intention to purchase, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI). Your order is officially created after we receive your payment.

We will then ship your order within the agreed-upon timeframe. Custom products usually ship within 30 days, while in-stock products ship within 7 days.

This is a common question, but we do not use other platforms for transactions.

  • Online Research: You can research our reputation on platforms like YouTube, Trustpilot, and Facebook.
  • On-site Visit: Our headquarters are in Beijing, and our factory is in Tianjin. If you plan to visit either city and wish to inspect our operations, our team will be happy to assist you.
  • Small Order: You can start with a small purchase to test our product performance and delivery efficiency. If you're satisfied, you can then place a larger bulk order.
  • For products with a monthly consumption of fewer than 30,000 pieces, including samples:

  • Custom products: Ship within 30 days after we receive your payment.
  • In-stock products: Ship within 7 days.
  • Currently, only some magnetic rings are in stock. Other products, due to specific requirements for shaft diameter and material, are custom-made.
    For products with a monthly consumption of more than 30,000 pieces, please contact our team to coordinate the lead time.

    CCmagnetics only accepts TT (Telegraphic Transfer), also known as bank wire. We also accept credit card payments (in both US dollars and euros), but a 2.9% credit card processing fee will be charged by the buyer.

    Once we receive your payment, we will immediately begin processing your order. Your shipment date will be calculated from the date we confirm payment.

    First, decide the shape and size of magnets, which can server you applications best. Then visit our webpages “How to Choose Permanent Magnet Materials” and “How to Choose a Grade” to decide the material and grade of the magnets you need. Next step is to go to Quotation Request to fill up the form with the information on the magnets and quantity required. After you click the “Submit” button, we will receive your request and provide you with our price quotation.

    Product value not less than $100

    Usually take 1-3 working days. However, if we are not able to supply the magnets you need, such as, either the size is too big, or the shape is too complicated, we may not provide you with our price quotation.

    We don't have a general product catalog; each product has its own catalog.

    Yes, we do. We can customize magnetic components based on your drawings, or we can design them for you, but payment is required upfront.

    To ensure a smooth procurement process for our international partners, please review our guidelines regarding tooling costs, stock availability, and custom production.


    1. Tooling and Fixture Costs

    For all products listed in our catalog, there are no additional charges for magnet ring molds or magnetization fixtures. We maintain our own tooling to keep your costs low.

    In rare instances where molds or fixtures show wear after extensive production (typically over 100,000 cycles), we will inform you immediately. We guarantee a transparent process with no hidden fees.


    2. Understanding Stock Status

    When inquiring with our sales team, your requested items will generally fall into one of the following three scenarios:

    A. Immediate Stock (Ready to Ship)
    These magnets are high-quality overruns from mass production batches. They meet all quality control standards and are reserved for R&D and urgent prototyping projects. If an item is in stock, we recommend placing your order promptly, as inventory is secured only upon receipt of payment.

    B. Out of Stock / Alternative Recommendations
    If your specific part is unavailable, our sales team will recommend a similar in-stock alternative. This is often the most cost-effective and fastest route for projects with flexible specifications.

    C. Custom Production (Non-Stock Items)
    If you require a specific model that is not currently in stock, we will coordinate with our production team. Depending on the requirement, the following will apply:

    • Sample Fee: For small test quantities (e.g., 10 pieces), a sample fee is charged. This covers the technical setup time, as producing small batches requires the same complex process as mass production.
    • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For orders between 2,000 and 5,000 pieces, we provide bulk pricing and we absorb the labor setup costs.
    • High-Precision Encoder Magnets: If these are out of stock, you simply need to wait for the next scheduled production run; no additional setup fees are required.

    3. Transition to Mass Production

    Once your testing phase is complete and you move into mass production, we provide our most competitive bulk pricing. We guarantee that the quality and magnetic performance of mass-produced orders will be identical to the samples you approved.
