Magnetic disk couplings
Magnetic disc couplings offer a non-contact transfer of torque. The power source for this type of coupling is derived from rare earth magnets, which allow the torque to be transferred through an air gap to the different hub. Additionally, they are also possible to transfer torque through an isolation panel.
