What is a neodymium disc magnet?
Neodymium magnet, also known as NdFeB magnet, is a tetragonal crystal composed of neodymium, iron, and boron (Nd2Fe14B). This kind of magnet is a permanent magnet that is second only to the absolute zero holmium magnet in magnetism today, and is also the most commonly used rare earth magnet. NdFeB magnets are widely used in electronic products, such as hard drives, mobile phones, headphones, and battery-powered tools. The products introduced in this article are disc or cylindrical NdFeB magnets.
Rare earth magnets have a high saturation magnetization & tetragonal crystalline structure ensuring top physical pulling force & maximum energy product from these strong magnets. These hold very well against steel surfaces with direct touch and direct pull. The magnetic strength of these Magnets will last forever under normal use.
Neodymium magnets are strong magnets that are unique because of their extreme resistance to demagnetization and will only lose their magnetism if they're heated above 176 degrees Fahrenheit.

How to quickly distinguish the N pole and S pole of a disc magnet?
Use a thin wire to hang the disc magnet so that the two sides of the magnet are perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The two sides will point south and north after coming to rest. The one pointing north is the N pole, and the one pointing south is the S pole.
