The magnetic drive centrifugal pump (magnetic pump for short) is based on the principle of modern magnetism, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (ie, the outer magnet) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (ie, the inner magnet) through the action of the magnetic field. The assembly and the impeller rotate synchronously. Because the medium is sealed in the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of pumping the medium without leakage is achieved, and the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump is completely solved. The fully sealed, leak-free and pollution-free industrial Use the pump. In addition, the magnetic pump is also an ideal pump to eliminate running, popping, dripping and leaking in the chemical process, eliminate environmental pollution, create "no-leakage workshop" and "no-leakage factory", and realize safe and civilized production.

Magnetic pumps are widely used in the production processes of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, electroplating, food, environmental protection and other enterprises to transport corrosive liquids without iron filing impurities, especially for flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic and valuable Liquid delivery.

In the petrochemical field, more and more manufacturers require a leak-free process environment for the medium they transport. In some special occasions, such as transporting hot oil or medium with particles (such as sewage treatment), and chemical production in the process, it is more urgent to choose the ideal non-leakage pump type. Magnetic drive high temperature multi-stage pumps and magnetic drive pump product series with suspension separators solve the technical problems of transporting high temperature (350°C) and granular media that cannot be solved by conventional magnetic drive pumps, and can directly replace the IH type of mechanical drive Chemical pumps. Magnetic pumps have been tested for long-term productive continuous operation, and users can be sure that they are choosing the safest and most reliable pump.

1. Transmission principle

The magnetic pump is a new type of pump that uses the working principle of the magnetic coupling to transmit torque without contact. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the inner magnetic rotor and the impeller are driven to rotate synchronously by the action of the magnetic field, so as to achieve the pumping of liquid. Purpose, since the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, it is a fully sealed, leak-free pump type.

2. The characteristics of the magnetic pump

The mechanical seal of the pump is canceled, and the disadvantages of mechanical seal centrifugal pumps, dripping and leaking are completely eliminated. It is the best choice for a leak-free factory. Because the flow-passing parts of the pump are made of stainless steel and engineering plastics, the purpose of corrosion resistance is achieved. The magnetic coupling of the pump is integrated with the pump body, so it has compact structure, convenient maintenance, safety and energy saving. The pump's magnetism inevitably runs away, and the coupling can protect the transmission motor from overload.

3. Application of magnetic pump

Magnetic pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, film and television printing, national defense and other departments for pumping flammable, explosive, toxic and precious liquids due to its fully sealed, leak-free and corrosion-resistant characteristics. It is an ideal pump for building a leak-free, pollution-free civilized workshop and civilized factory.

4. The working conditions of the magnetic pump.

The density of the magnetic pump conveying medium is not more than 1300kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30×10-6m3/S, which does not contain ferromagnetism and fiber. The rated temperature of the conventional magnetic pump is for the pump body made of metal or F46 lining, the maximum working temperature is 80°C, and the rated pressure is 1.6MPa; the operating temperature of the high temperature magnetic pump is ≤350°C; for the pump body made of non-metallic material, the maximum temperature is not Over 60°C, the rated pressure is 0.6MPa.

For liquids with a medium density greater than 1600kg/m3, the magnetic coupling needs to be designed separately. The bearings of the magnetic pump are lubricated and cooled by the conveyed medium, and the drum magnetic pump is generally strictly prohibited from running without load.
