Hot-Pressed NdFeB Ring Magnets Description
Hot-pressed magnets are the result of the bonding between thermoplastic binders and permanent magnet powders, i.e. ferrite, neodymium, and/or samarium cobalt, and can be divided into isotropic magnets and anisotropic full-density magnets.
The Hot-pressed isotropic Neodymium magnet is produced by rapidly quenched Neodymium magnetic powder under high temperature through compression.The hot-pressed anisotropic NdFeB magnet is mainly an anisotropic radially oriented ring magnet produced through compression and extrusion deformation by rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder under high temperatures.
