Introduction Magnetic Gears/Couplings for PVC (Polyvinyl chloride)
Magnetic transmission gears are non-contact power transmission mechanisms making use of the attraction and repulsion properties of the magnets.
PVC magnetic gear/coupling (PVT Series) is fully wrapped with PVC material, and the seams are all sealed, so it can be used in strong acid and alkali environments.The maximum operating temperature of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) magnetic gear/coupling is: 60C(140F) .
Their surface magnetism is not as strong as metal-wrapped magnetic gear/coupling. Therefore, if the surface magnetism is high, we recommend that you customize a magnetic gear wrapped in titanium.
This type of magnetic gear/coupling can be customized with shaft diameters of various shapes and sizes, but it only has one shaft fixing method, please refer to: Type A.
